North Bend Rail Trail

Ten tunnels, one of them 2,297 feet, and 36 bridges. The Silver Run tunnel is the one with the ghost story.

Part of Rail-trails

Old railroad grades converted to crushed-limestone paths. Grades are gentle by design, which makes these the most accessible long-distance walking and riding in the state, and the tunnels and bridges are the reason to go rather than incidental to it.
